And special thanks to designer Janet Ricciuto who created these great templates for Certify'em!
Improvements to Certificate Sending and Storage
For subscribers of Certify'em Platinum, you now have several more options when it comes to sending and storing certificates. In the "Share via" menu (see Advanced Options) you can choose whether or not to store the certificate in your Google Drive when sending it via email. This can help you save on storage in your Google Drive when you don't need to keep copies of the certificates.
There is also an option to store the certificate, but not share it with the participant. This can be helpful when you want to deliver the certificates yourself, such as by printing them out and hand delivering them.
And for Platinum subscribers that do want to continue storing copies of their issued certificates, we've added the capability to select a specific Google Drive folder where you can store them. Just look for the "Certificate Folder" field in Advanced Options, and click the "Change" button to select a folder.
"Resend Certificates" is now "Issue Certificates Manually"
We've renamed the "Resend Certificates" tool to "Issue Certificates Manually", and added a useful filter at the top so you can view just those Google Form responses that have or have not already been processed by Certify'em.
New "Process All" Button to Issue Certificates Manually
For Certify'em Gold and Platinum subscribers, you can now process all unprocessed responses in the Issue Certificates Manually tool with just one click! Just select "No" from the "Already Processed" filter to reveal the button. Then click it and Certify'em will step through all the responses shown to issue certificates if the participants passed.
This new capability will make it much easier to send certificates to large numbers of people in the case that you forgot to turn on Automatic Certification, or just prefer to collect all participant responses first before sending out certificates. Note that your normal daily email quota still applies. See here for more information.
We hope you enjoy these new features and find them helpful!
