How can I submit support questions?

Before submitting a question, please refer to the FAQ page and Help Center, as your question may already be answered there. 

If you still can't find an answer, you're welcome to write to certifyem-support@gleeda.net. For help investigating issues with Certify'em not working as expected, please include a link to your published Google Form (URL that ends with "/viewform"), and have Automatic Certification turned ON.

Note that support via email is available to subscribers of our Gold and Platinum plans.  While we cannot offer a guarantee of support to users of our FREE plan, we will try to answer questions when possible.
