Certify'em without Gmail Access

Read this entire article if you are using, or plan to use, Certify'em with an account that doesn't have access to Gmail (gmail.com), or the ability to send messages from Gmail . This includes Google accounts with addresses that end in @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, etc. It also includes Google accounts created using your school or work email address where your school or work uses Microsoft (i.e. Outlook) rather than Gmail to send email.
