Certificates Show Incorrect Date
Issues with the incorrect date on a certificate are related to the timezone Certify'em believes it's operating in. Certify'em infers this timezone from the "Certificate Records" spreadsheet associated with your exam. See the instructions below to set this properly:
1) Open the "Certificate Records" sheet:
2. Select "Spreadsheet Settings" from the "File" menu in the spreadsheet:
3. Choose the correct country from the "Locale" menu:
Going forward the date should be correct for this exam.
